Before you send clothes for cleaning

Empty pockets, check care labels and attached accessories, and photograph any existing marks or damage before sending clothes. Confirm that each item is accepted by the service.
Separate clothes you need soon from those you can store until next season. Allow time before the day you intend to wear them, not just the collection date.
- Count the garments according to the course rules.
- Check care labels and whether each material is accepted.
- Empty pockets and note accessories, marks and damage.
- Check the total including kits, shipping and options.
- Confirm the return date against when you need the clothes.
