Before choosing the Rinavis five-item course

Rinavis is an option for seasonal clothes sent together. Its clothing courses include up to 12 months of storage.

A suit jacket and trousers count as two items; a vest counts as another. Lay out the garments and check how they are counted. Also check regional delivery charges, collection kits and excluded items.

Work back from when you need the clothes. A long storage period is useful only if the return arrangements suit your plans.

A collection kit, if needed, adds ¥440 for small or ¥550 for regular. Check regional shipping and optional services separately.

Leather, fur and kimono use separate courses. Check exclusions, including synthetic-leather garments. Register your return date after ordering; if left unset, return is generally about a month after factory receipt. Processing decisions may lead to earlier return.
